The Motic EasyScan One is a desktop slide scanner designed to digitally image slides for analysis. Choose from the Motic EasyScan One base package with one 20x objective, or choose the upgraded package with 2 additional objectives, a higher power camera, and the Frozen Section live software package.

- Upgraded package includes the following objectives: Plan Apochromat 20X objective/ NA = 0.75, S Apo 10X objective/ NA = 0.3, and Plan UC 4x Objective/ NA = 0.1
- Scanning time (for 15mm x 15mm full tissue): In standard mode with 20x objective: 160 seconds
- Resolution: At 40x: 0.26 µm/ pixel, at 20x: 0.52 µm/ pixel
- Focusing mechanism: Real-time autofocus
- Scanning camera (depends on selected package):
- Base package includes 5.0 megapixel (MP) digital camera with 2/3" high speed sensor.
- Upgraded package includes 12.0 MP digital camera.

- Slide capacity / size: Holds single slide measuring 76 ± 1 mm x 26 ± 1 mm.
- Available scanning modes:
- Normal mode with real-time autofocus
- High-precision mode has high precision autofocus
- Extended depth of field (EDF) mode for large depth of field
- Z-Stack mode for 3-dimensional stacking
- Illumination: 10W LED with lifetime of ~25,000 hours

- Barcode support:
- Supports the following 1D barcode types: Interleaved 2 of 5, Code 39, and Code 128
- Supports the following 2D barcode types: Data matrix, QR code
- Software:
- Base package includes DSAssistant and EasyScanner software package and dongle. The software has tools for image adjustment, annotations, measurements, encryption, comparison, and export.
- Upgraded package includes the above packages as well as the Frozen Section Live package and dongle. The FS live package has an upgraded auto-focus system.
- Minimum requirements for computer system are as follows: Intel core i7-770, 16 GB memory, 128 GB SSD and 1 TB SATA Disk, Windows 10 Professional 64-bit
