Motic PA43 BIO Full Phase Microscope

The Motic PA43 BIO full phase microscope is to be used where phase contrast microscopy is required, including various microbiology applications, sperm observation and motility testing, and diatom observations for oceanic and environmental studies.

• Viewing Head: Trinocular head, Siedentopf, 30º inclined, FN 22. Light path to eyepieces/camera either 100:0 or 20:80. Coded quintuple revolving nosepiece.
• Eyepieces: Wide-field 10x eyepieces/ 22mm. Adjustable diopters.
• Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x, 1000x.
• Specimen Stage: Rackless stage with a durable ceramic coated surface, 220 (W)x 170 (L) mm, stroke 80(X) x 55(Y) mm.
• Focusing: Manual coarse and fine focusing.
• Illumination: Full power transmitted Koehler illumination system with interchangeable halogen and LED modules. Halogen module is 6V/ 30W and LED illumination is 3W.
• Condenser: Phase contrast 5 position (BF, DF, Ph1, Ph2, Ph3) turret condenser.
