The Motic PA53 BIO microscope is designed for work by experienced experts. This microscope can be configured to suit specific applications for uses such as research work in hospitals or in life science laboratories. Choose from the Standard PA53 microscope or the PA53 microscope with upgraded Plan UC Fluor objective lenses. Other configurations are also available.
- Objective Lenses: Choose from the following packages: standard or UC fluor. The standard package includes the following plan UC achromat objectives:
- Plan UC 4x/0.1, WD = 30.5 mm
- Plan UC 10x/0.25, WD = 17.4 mm
- Plan UC 40x/0.65, WD = 0.6 mm
- Plan UC 100x/1.25 Oil, WD = 0.16 mm
- The upgraded lens package includes the following plan UC fluor objectives:
- Plan UC Fluor 4x/0.13, WD = 17.3 mm
- Plan UC Fluor 10x/0.3, WD = 11.7 mm
- Plan UC Fluor 40x/0.75, WD = 0.7 mm
- Plan UC Fluor 100x/1.3 Oil, WD = 0.1 mm
- Viewing Head: Trinocular head, Siedentopf, 30º inclined, FN 23. Light path to eyepieces/camera either 100:0, 20:80, or 0:100. Coded quintuple revolving nosepiece.
- Eyepieces: Widefield 10x eyepieces/ 23mm. Adjustable diopters ± 4.
- Total Magnification: 40x, 100x, 400x, 1000x.
- Specimen Stage: Rackless stage with a durable ceramic coated surface, 220 (W)x 170 (L) mm, stroke 80(X) x 55(Y) mm.
- Focusing: Manual coarse and fine focusing. Z range is 29.5 mm.
- Illumination: Transmitted Koehler illumination system with 12V/ 100W long life halogen lamp.
- Condenser: Abbe condenser NA 0.9/ 1.25 with a slot for a phase or darkfield slider.

- Warranty: 5 years on microscope parts. 1 year warranty on electrical components.
