Motic PA53MET Metallurgical Microscope with Brightfield/Darkfield

The Motic PA53 MET microscope is designed for metallurgical applications. Choose from reflected light only or reflected/ transmitted light. This microscope is designed to easily change observation modes between brightfield and darkfield with a converter switch. NOTE: Please contact us for regional availability.

• Objective Lenses: Scalable Infinity-Corrected Optical System (CCIS) brightfield/darkfield metallurgical objectives:
  • Plan S-APO BD 5x/0.15, WD = 17.7mm
  • Plan S-APO BD 10x/0.30, WD = 12mm
  • Plan S-APO BD 20x/0.50, WD = 2.35mm
  • Plan S-APO BD 50x/0.80, WD = 1mm
• Viewing Head: Erect type (F.N 25) Trinocular head 20º inclined, Light path to eyepieces/camera either 100:0 or 0:100
  
• Eyepieces: 10x eyepieces/ 25mm, accepts 25mm diameter reticle. Adjustable diopters.
• Total Magnification: 50x, 100x, 200x, 500x.
  
• Specimen Stage:  4x4 inch stage, with 210 (W)x 170(D) mm specimen size, stroke 104(X) x 102(Y) mm, with a metal plate for transmitted light or glass plate for transmitted/ reflected light
  
• Focusing: Manual coarse and fine focusing. Coarse: 17.7 mm/ revolution, Fine: 0.1 mm/revolution (1 µm scale)

  • Reflected: Koehler illumination system Brightfield / Darkfield, Normanski DIC, simple polarized. Light source: 12V, 100W Halogen bulb
    
  • Transmitted: Koehler illumination system Brightfiled built-in filters, 12V 100W halogen bulb with an Abbe condenser with NA=1.20
