Shipping Information
Destinations:
We ship worldwide. To place an order within the United States you can order online. For shipments outside the US please email us or call +760 438-0528 to get a quote that includes shipment fees. If you live in Hawaii or Alaska and would prefer US Postal shipment to keep your costs down please contact us. We ship to APO addresses.
Delivery Times:
If your order was shipped from our main warehouse, it is coming from Carlsbad, CA. We also sometimes ship directly from our manufacturers in the US. As soon as an order ships we will email you a tracking number. Ground shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight shipments are counted in business days, not including the day the package shipped. Saturday delivery is available for an extra charge (please call). Please note that orders are shipped M-F only, so if you place an overnight order on Saturday, the earliest it will ship is on Monday.
Overnight Shipment:
If you select overnight shipment we do our best to get this order processed right away. The shipment date depends on availability of product and the time of day your order was placed. If the item is in stock it will ship from our warehouse in Carlsbad, CA. If the item is not currently in stock we can have it shipped overnight from the manufacturer at an alternative US location. Each manufacturer has shipment cut-off times to get orders out, so it is quite possible that if we need to ship from a manufacturer the item may not ship overnight until tomorrow. If you have any question about availability or when your overnight shipment will go out call us at 800-942-0528. Please note that most reticles are custom made to order and can ship overnight, but will not ship for 1-2 weeks as they must be produced. Additionally, NIST certification is performed only after an order is placed and therefore these orders will not ship immediately.
Shipping Fees:
Shipment fees are calculated based on the destination, size and weight of your item(s) and include insurance of the goods shipped. Our standard shipment method is Fed Ex. If you have your own UPS or Fed Ex account #, we are happy to ship on your account. Please call us to place your order and provide us your account information.
