Return Policy
Microscope World has a 30-Day Return Policy on products that are not custom-order products or marked as "Not Returnable". If a product is not returnable it will state "This item is not returnable" on the product detail page. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within the first 30 days. You must call us first to obtain a return authorization number. Once the product is returned, as long as it arrives in the same new condition it was originally shipped in, as well as with all original packing materials and accessories, you will receive a full refund LESS THE ORIGINAL COST OF SHIPPING and insurance where applicable. Customers must pay their own return shipping fees. If returning a microscope please return it in the original packing material with all the original items. Any damage incurred during a return shipment is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund. For items over $1,500.00 there may be a restocking fee, please call for details.
Once a return is receive and processed a refund will be credited back using the original charge method of the purchase (credit card or PayPal).
If you received your product damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
WARRANTY OVERVIEW:
Motic provides a 5-year warranty on all microscopes, a 1-year warranty on cameras and a 90-day warranty on software.
